The Violet Frontier

Step beyond the old world and into the ruins, wilds, and wonders of our newest region.

Through the gate

At dusk, the last arch of the old aqueduct casts a shadow across the valley. We built the approach around that silhouette so you can find your way back even after a long trip underground.

We wanted the first glimpse of the gate to feel like a promise that there is more on the other side.

Field notes

• Follow the broken road to find the watchtower.
• Look for violet moss near the entrances to crystal caves.
• Use the aqueduct arches as landmarks on the return journey.
